How long does it take to receive my order?


You can expect your items to arrive 15-27 business days* after you make your purchase.

*Please note that due to the busy holiday season these estimates can change.


We accept international orders as well. Please allow a longer time for delivery.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Really sorry about that. Although it's very uncommon, accidents do happen. Please e-mail us a photograph showing the damage at help.3dmerch@gmail.com, and we'll make it right for you. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may be able to if you e-mail us quickly. If it has been sent to print, then it's too late to cancel or make any modifications. We will try to accommodate you as best as possible.

What's your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 20 days of delivery please email help.3dmerch@gmail.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning (exchange or refund). If the return is due to a packaging error or defect, we will cover the cost of returning the item. If not, you have to cover the shipping, and we'll send you an exchange or refund at no extra cost.

There are no returns for custom-made products.

Do you give any discounts on large orders?

We can give you a discount if you order 10 or more items. Please e-mail us.

Can I add a custom name to a product?

Yes, all of our apparel designs are customizable without any extra cost. Please e-mail us.
