Shipping and Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This includes damaged merchandise.
You must contact Bebe Bella Designs Return Department before returning your merchandise. Failure to contact us prior to shipping your return will result in an in-store credit issued to you via e-mail for the purchase price of the merchandise. You may email our Return Department at email@example.com.
PLEASE NOTE LIMITED EDITION AND CLOSE OUT ITEMS (AS NOTED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION) ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item will NOT be returned or exchanged if the merchandise has been used or washed.
- Your item will NOT be returned or exchanged if there is damage to the merchandise not due to manufacturing defects.
- Your item will NOT be returned if you have neglected to contact our Return Department prior to our office receiving your return.
Any purchase shipped free and returned will be subjected to a re-stocking fee.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Any purchase shipped free and returned will be subjected to a re-stocking fee.
*Gift Cards are non-refundable.
*Please be advised shades of our fabrics may vary slightly by product and production run. Due to computer monitors/electronic device screens actual product color might vary from what is viewed on our website. Bebe Bella Designs does not guarantee consistency in color ways.
*Bebe Bella Designs does not accept returns on any close out merchandise.
Bebe Bella Designs has a 24 hour cancellation policy. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase is placed only if the order has not been processed and fulfilled. If your order is processed and fulfilled prior to the 24 hour period you cannot cancel your order and will need to refer to our return policy.
Bebe Bella Designs understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Orders made through www.bebebelladesigns.com are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement. “Business days” are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United Sates. All orders are charged at the time the order is placed.
**We are not responsible for any delays experienced with the delivery carrier.
NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST GUESS AT WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE VIA THE SELECTED SERVICE. FOR INFORMATION ON DELIVERY GUARANTEES, YOU WILL NEED TO SPEAK WITH THE CARRIER DIRECTLY.
Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Estimated processing and shipping dates are not guaranteed. Some items may require a longer ship-out time frame.
Customers are solely responsible for entering and confirming the shipping address before finalizing their order. Bebe Bella Designs is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method for their order and shipping address (ex. UPS does not ship to PO BOX addresses). If the incorrect method is selected the customer is responsible to pay any re-shipping fees to have the order re-shipped.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Our website uses a carrier calculated shipping method. Meaning the rates you are quoted are based on live shipping rates coming directly from the carrier. The rates you are quoted will vary depending on the actual weight of the order in addition to where the order is actually being shipped.
What if my order is lost?
Bebe Bella Designs is not responsible for your order once it leaves our warehouse. Please contact the shipping provider with questions or concerns. If you file a claim with the shipping company and need our assistance we are happy to help.
What if the item I purchased is now on sale?
What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?
If you order is sent to an incorrect shipping address and it is returned to our warehouse, you will be contacted via email by our Customer Service Department. We will be happy to resend your package to another address, however, you will be responsible for a reshipping fee paid through cash, check or paypal. We can also refund your order minus the shipping and handling fee.
If you have not responded to our email in 30 days we will automatically refund your order, minus the shipping and handling fee.
