C. Delivery Terms
We use the Port Express to deliver the product. UPS, FedEx, and USPS for Standard shipping

D. Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected].

E. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. here

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

H. Will I be charged vat taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

Note: Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss.

1. Can I place an order? Will Tynarin deliver the package?

Yes, Tynarin's activities are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual and our selection of items available for international shipping may be temporarily reduced. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item and at checkout. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).
